Greg brings 20 years of Australian and international expertise within human resources, training and employee professional development to your business. He has held positions of National Human Resources Manager, Employee Relations Manager, Industrial Relations Manager and Training Manager within industries as diverse as 5-star hotels, IT, Healthcare Sales, Oil and Gas, Mining, Construction and Manufacturing.
Together with experience within corporate and manufacturing human resources, he has worked as HR Manager in the fly-in fly-out (FIFO) sector and has a comprehensive understanding of blue and white collar workforce environments.
Greg specialises in designing effective, user-friendly HR systems matching an organisation’s size, business objectives and operating environment. Having taken his first HR Manager role in 2004, his expertise of how people behave in the workplace allows him to deliver practical and cost effective solutions to improve employee productivity, reduce employee turnover and increase motivation. Greg holds an MBA in Human Resources Management & Industrial Relations and is an accredited Workplace Trainer & Assessor.
Away from work Greg is an avid longboarder and can be seen falling off his board repeatedly at Burleigh and Currumbin Alley on the Gold Coast.
